At GPJ, we believe inclusion enables growth, diversity fuels innovation, and equity ensures that every voice is valued and heard. Individuals shine and teams radiate. Every person, project, and product is elevated.

In that spirit, we’re thrilled to announce that Noelle San Jose will be stepping into the role of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at GPJ, reporting directly to Fiona Bruder, President GPJ Americas.

Noelle is a second-generation Filipino American with an MBA focused on DE&I and women’s leadership. She joined GPJ as an experiential strategist and started the first employee resource group for people of color, EPIC (Empowered People, Inclusive Cultures).

Noelle’s strategy for community engagement and education through EPIC has already been instrumental in guiding the agency as it furthers its DE&I policies.

“With our commitment to growth in diversity, equity and inclusion, we could not ask for a better partner and champion than Noelle. Her passion and skills have already fostered a groundswell of progress, and we look forward to supporting her in continuing and growing this important work.” Fiona Bruder, President GPJ Americas

In her new role, Noelle will provide strategic DE&I business insights and program management, promote and develop training and inclusion programs and enact best practices and action plans, furthering an inclusive work environment that drives diverse talent, and where all groups feel supported, valued and safe. She’ll partner closely with our Talent & Culture team to evaluate policies and practices and will act as DE&I subject matter expert for the agency, sharing knowledge with our Project Worldwide agency network.

Please help us in congratulating Noelle, and welcoming her to this new and vital role!
