The Mazda 3 Launch Event served as a window into class, sophistication and art. With our Mazda clients, GPJ took over the renowned NeueHouse Hollywood off iconic Sunset Boulevard to put their design and craftsmanship on full display. Blending digital broadcasting prowess and precision design, our teams integrated the venue’s natural architecture and ambiance into the 3-stage press launch. This is Car as Art.
The exclusive guest list included members of the press, influencers, invited consumers, sponsoring partners, Mazda executives and employees. In total, over 400 guests were given the high-touch, white glove treatment, met by staff serving beverages and hors d’oeuvres. A Mazda RX Vision concept vehicle had its own spotlight, giving guests a first glimpse of the new, chic, design philosophy. Once the big moment arrived, guests were ushered into Studio A to witness the global launch of the all-new Mazda 3.
In the next stage, Mazda’s president and members of Mazda’s design team offered up a deeper look into the designs. The cars, draped in front of an impressive digital screen teased as key visuals brought the story to life. Upon the conclusion of the presentation attendees were able to take shareable moments around the vehicle(s) and proceed to the third floor terrace for the party on the rooftop. Guests enjoyed decadent food and beverage, as they were entertained by DJ Jason Bentley through the night.
The Mazda Pre Launch Event 2018 was the perfect prelude to the night, setting the tone and stage for the launch. As guests traversed through the courtyard they were immediately provoked with curiosity and teased with a chic design to a partially enclosed environment presented by a stunning privacy wall that complimented the existing courtyard aesthetic. Our Special Events teams topped off the evening with the perfect on-brand atmosphere:

- Custom floral paired to inspire structural design and art
